Bridal appointment guidelines:

• All first bridal appointments are subject to a booking fee (£25 weekday appointments, £35 weekend appointments). The booking fee is non-refundable, but it is redeemable against the purchase during the first appointment only.

  72h notice is required for any rescheduling requests.

• Due to the space limitations, we are limiting the number of attendees: we are allowing each bride-to-be to invite THREE (3) additional guests. Photos and videos will be allowed during the appointment. We are also allowing additional forms of communication, such as FaceTime and Skype.

• The appointment will last up to an hour.

• At the end of the appointment we will take your measurements and all additional information required for the order.
