Bridal appointment guidelines:
Appointments are complimentary. You will be asked to input your card details for a cancellation fee of £35 in case of a cancellation, rescheduling or a no-show.
We require 72-hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Due to the space limitations, we are limiting the number of attendees: we are allowing each bride-to-be to invite THREE (3) additional guests. Photos and videos will be allowed during the appointment. We are also allowing additional forms of communication, such as FaceTime and Skype.
The appointment will last up to an hour. and half.
At the end of the appointment we will take your measurements and all additional information required for the order.
