Sustainability & Ethos

At House of Savin, our commitment to sustainability and ethical practice is woven into every aspect of our business. We have built our company around people and customers, with a vision to create innovative, unique products while supporting and nurturing talent within the industry. Our goal is to build a long-term, socially responsible company that leaves a positive mark on the world.

People, Craft, and Community

Our gowns are the result of collaboration with skilled artisans across the globe, each piece reflecting a blend of global artistry and in-house design. With two production units and a dedicated atelier, we are able to ensure meticulous craftsmanship and uphold the highest standards of quality. We actively seek out and support small mills and independent makers, helping to sustain traditional techniques and empower local talent.

Responsible Production & Innovation

We believe innovation and responsibility go hand in hand. Rigorous sample gown management and a focus on custom, made-to-order designs allow us to minimise waste and work towards a zero-waste production cycle. By creating bespoke gowns tailored to each client, we avoid unnecessary overproduction and ensure each piece is cherished.

Environmental Commitment

House of Savin is dedicated to minimising our environmental impact at every stage of our process: from sourcing materials to the creation of each gown. We make conscious efforts to select responsible suppliers and reduce our footprint, striving towards greater sustainability within the realities and limitations of current technology and industry practices. While we recognise that true sustainability is an ongoing journey, we are committed to continuous improvement and transparency, ensuring that sustainability remains at the heart of our operations as we evolve.

Building for the Future

Our ethos is one of care, creativity, and respect: for our people, our clients, and the planet. By investing in talent, supporting our communities, and innovating responsibly, we are building a company designed to last - one that future generations can be proud of.
