  • Yes. Charges cover all delivery, return, packaging and sample maintenance fee's.

    The loan fee’s are per dress and are not discounted or waived depending on the number of samples that you loan.

  • Loans are available for 1 - 2 weeks (max) as standard but if available, loans may be extended for longer periods upon written request only. Stores can loan a style 1 or 2 times but are encouraged to buy a sample if an 1 or more orders have been taken through the loan service.

  • We do not offer long term loans however in certain circumstances, we may be able to extend your loan period to accommodate other appointments you may have.

    Samples are subject to availability and may already be booked in so please email your sales rep with the dates of your request and reason for longer length loan so that we can do our best to accommodate.

  • 100% upfront payment.

    Loans are only available to accounts that are up to date with payments and sample order.

    Accounts on hold will be unable to use this service.

  • All delivery paperwork and collection organisation is managed by the House of Savin team.

    Additional fee’s may be incurred for late return due to delays in packing up the samples by the previously agreed date.

    It is the retailers responsibility to ensure the samples are returned in the same condition as they were sent, and with the original garment bags, labels and hangers. The boxes are to be securely taped to avoid any damage or missing items during transit.

    Additional fee’s may be charged for any damaged or missing samples. Charges vary but may up to the wholesale value of the missing or damaged item.

  • It varies!

    Many of our press set samples are a UK size 8. Trunk Show sizes range between a 12 / 14 and our Bella samples go up to a size 22.

    It is always best to check with your sales rep before contacting your bride as we do not carry all styles across our collections in multiple sizes.
